Mortgage Loan Officers and Lenders

It is very important to make sure a buyer is pre qualified for a mortgage prior to making an offer. It is actually even a really good idea to get pre qualified from a lender before you even go out to look at property with your real estate agent. The reason is you might be surprised and able to afford more of a home than you thought. Also you might not be able to afford the homes you are looking at and there is nothing worst than finding your dream home and finding out you don’t qualify for your mortgage. In the Denver Foothills area it is a good idea to work with a local lender. They know and understand the mountain properties and the complexities of our properties up here. Many sellers now will not even look at an offer that doesn’t come with a pre qual letter attached.
