Our Bar-B-Q tells the tale of Central Texas ranchers, butchers, & farmers: Brisket, Beef Ribs, and sausage are the holy trinity of this style of Bar-B-Q. Founder Jared Leonard has been telling this story at AJ’s Pit Bar B Q since 2009, and we’re excited to share this passion with our neighbors in Evergreen.
Our rotisserie & grill speaks to our desire to showcase simple ingredients, in a method that lends opportunity for deeper character, and bold flavors. Cooking with a wood fire provides a flavor profile unlike any other.
Our wood-fired pizza is cooked in an oven that was handcrafted in Italy, by the Acunto family. Since 1892, the Acuntos have been hand-building these world-renowned pizza ovens, so much so that they’re regarded as the gold standard in the industry. The original method for building these hand-made ovens has been passed down and is still used to make their ovens today. Certified Pizzaiolo Bryan Rosen was trained by masters from Italy, and will be heading up the wood-fired program at Campfire.
