We have a true passion for building sustainable, smaller footprint, comfortable, one-of-a-kind luxury custom homes, on unique building sites, with modern features throughout the Denver and the greater Douglas County area including Castle Rock, Sedalia, Larkspur, and Parker, Colorado.

We choose projects that are fun, exciting, innovative, and incorporate great design. We understand that creative design coupled with exceptional craftsmanship comes from the heart. Without great design and craftsmanship, there is no reason for us to build.

We were looking for a quality home in a scenic quiet area and Stone Aspen delivered for us in a fantastic way. The design of the interior maximized the space. The quality of work and finish was great. The views were wonderful. The few items we mentioned were dealt with quickly and all our concerns answered.
