Christine doesn’t work your normal banking hours like the large banks. Those lenders work 10-3 4 days a week. That doesn’t work in this fast moving market. You may need a lender letter at 5 on a Saturday. I have personally called Christine that late and she had a revised lender letter within the hour. That matters in this crazy fast moving real estate market.
