There are a plethora of senior living communities throughout the Denver area, and they all offer wonderful homes, amenities, services, and views of the region. Sterling Ranch Patio Villas in Littleton, Colorado, is, as their site proclaims, “the master-planned Sterling Ranch community. Residents will enjoy low-maintenance living, an active and socially involved lifestyle, and free access to Colorado’s entire state park system. Paired homes will have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and views of mountains and trails. In addition to great amenities, an on-site lifestyle director will ensure residents always have classes, events, and activities to enjoy together.”

Each senior living community has its own specializations in terms of services and homes, and Sterling ranch provides an excellent example of that. their site mentions how “Residents at Sterling Ranch Patio Villas will have access to the Sterling Center, which features a coffee shop and taproom as well as a dentist, ophthalmologist, and UCHealth primary and urgent care. The community also plans to build a new recreation center with a fitness facility and indoor swimming pool. Outside, residents at Sterling Rancho Patio Villas will enjoy an outdoor pool and patio, playground, and walking and biking trails. Homeowners will also have easy trail access to two state parks, three regional parks, and a national forest just minutes away.”
