Annual Festivals Downtown Evergreen Colorado

This event is a jury art exhibition under evergreen pine trees featuring local music, food and drink. The 53rd Evergreen Fine Arts Festival takes place at Hiwan Homestead Heritage Grove on Meadow Drive. The Evergreen Jazz Festival is an annual three-day celebration of traditional jazz, an art form unique to America. This art exhibition is aimed at art lovers and collectors who enjoy sculpture, painting, wood, photography, jewelry, glass and other extravagant creations.

Today, the city offers everything from art and culture, restaurants and sports to fun-filled annual festivals. The Symphony Orchestra arrives at Evergreen on July 4th for the annual patriotic music festival on the lawn near Evergreen Colorado Lake House. This annual event brings together residents of the city center to enjoy the festivities every year. This year’s Summerfest will take place at Evergreens Buchanan Park on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Highlands Earth Day Fair with dozens of exhibitors and vendors at the beautiful Evergreen Lake House, located on Evergreen Lake, in the heart of downtown Evergreen. February – Evergreen Lake Winter Festival – held in February. Activities include skiing and snowboarding on rails, ice bike racing, ice fishing derby, ice skating, family activities, and an open-air brewery. ‘Open’, “The Village” and fireworks night. July – Evergreen Jazz Festival – A traditional three-day jazz festival set in beautiful mountain landscapes, featuring nearly a dozen bands and numerous cozy venues.

Celebrate Labor Day at the 22nd annual Boulder Creek hometown festival. Founded in 1987, this festival brings the city together with a colorful festival celebrating Mexico’s victory at the Battle of Puebla. This event also includes the Palette of Brews, Evergreens’ premier beer tasting event.

June-Evergreen Rodeo-a two-day rodeo and a Saturday parade on Father’s Day weekend in mid-June. Join our iconic summer Conifes festival, including Elevation Run/Walk, live music on two stages, craft beer tent, beer garden and children’s area. Our Colorado holiday home is conveniently located in a rural setting, just 1 mile from downtown Evergreen. Horse riding knights, girls in distress, hordes of comedians, and abundant food and drinks make this one of Colorado’s most popular events every year.

The event includes a pepper cooking contest, live music, a Firefighter Challenge, a jury art show, and activities for children. One of the most popular events in Boulder County, the festival includes arts and crafts, live band performances, a nice venue and beer garden, the Great Zucchini Race and vintage car and motorcycle shows.
