If you signed up on our website either for listing alerts or for our newsletter you signed up to win a free home inspection. We draw new winner at our discretion and when we choose. To win you need to be an active client with us. You do not need to have an active contract with us at the time of drawing but you do need to use us as your buyer agent. You also need to close the transaction and you will be credited the amount of your home inspection at the closing table on your closing statement (that is how it needs to be done to be legal). The sale price also must be $350,000 or more and will not exceed $400 credit to you and isn’t good with any other promotions or discounts we might offer you. We also reserve the right to change the rules of this promo at any time.
