The Hiwan Homeowners Association (HOA) is dedicated to providing a safe, quiet, and comfortable living environment for all of its members. To ensure that every member is in compliance with HOA rules and regulations, all homeowners should familiarize themselves with said rules. These rules include, but are not limited to, the following: all exterior maintenance must be kept up to a certain standard; all pets must be registered with the HOA; no excessive noise is allowed, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; and any modifications to the exterior of the property must be approved by the HOA. The HOA also reserves the right to assess fines for any violations of these rules.
