It is still a seller's market in Evergreen
Going into the spring of 2018 Realtors are still seeing low inventory in the Denver Foothills real estate market. Although we are still seeing new listings come on the market, they are selling just as fast as they are being listed. It is getting a little frustrating for buyers and their agents. If a buyer sees a home they like they should really jump on it right away. Listings are not staying on the market long. Especially listings under $600,000 in the Denver Foothills.
