Evergreen Cougars High School Football Schedule

Let’s face it there is nothing like an Evergreen Cougar game under the lights on a Friday night. Evergreen High School football is some of the most exciting things to do all weekend. It is more than a football game, it is a community event. Just as footballs games across the US have been since our parents were kids. Many sports try to compete with football but absolutely none compare. If you are a kid in high school you know you will be at the fooftball game on Friday night. You might be in the stands of on the field but football always has been the major attraction of all high school sports.

The Evergreen High Cougars Football team has always had the support of Orson Hill Realty. We are proud to give a big shout out to the employing broker’s son, Declan Skelly who will be playing for the Evergreen Cougars this year. We wish Declan and the rest of the Evergreen Cougars the best of luck in a winning season lead by coach David Leek. A fantastic coach! Good luck this season coach Leek and all the other fantastic coaches that will help our players become leaders and successful adults!

-August 17 @ 11am – PARENT MEETING in the EHS Cafeteria. Join us for sandwiches from El Rancho and to hear about all that will be happening in the 2019 Football Season.

-August 28 @ 6pm – FIRST TEAM DINNER in the EHS Cafeteria

PRACTICE SCHEDULE thru Labor Day is as follows:

Monday – Friday 3:00-6:30. Saturday timing noted below.

August 12^th – practice helmet only
August 13^th – practice helmet only
August 14^th – practice helmet only
August 15^th – practice – full pads – no body contact
August 16^th – practice – full pads – no body contact
August 17^th – 8am Pictures, then practice full pads with contact
August 19^th – practice full pads with contact
August 20^th – practice full pads with contact – eligible to participate in scrimmage after this practice if player has attended all practices
August 21^st – practice helmet and shoulder pads
August 22^nd – practice full pads
August 23^rd – practice helmet only
August 24^th – 11am scrimmage at Summit
August 26^th – practice helmet only
August 27^th – practice full pads
August 28^th – practice full pads – First Team Dinner
August 29^th – practice helmet only
August 30^th – away games at Erie – Varsity and L3
