Like it or not there will be about 75 new townhomes behind the Conifer Safeway. The counties in the Denver Foothills are starting to approve more large developments in the area. From Evergreen to Conifer we are seeing more and more permits for homes, condos and apartments. This is almost inevitable when home values go way up and inventory goes way down. It is overdue and frankly a few years behind. There are a lot of buyers out there that still want to enjoy the mountains just like the people that already live there do.  

Developments In Conifer and Evergreen

It goes without saying that the times in Evergreen and Conifer are changing. People have discovered the mountains and the foothills of Denver.
