Denver Foothills Mountain View Homes for Sale

In this fast paced and upward trending real estate market it is hard to find any home for under $500,000 but this is a list of Denver Foothills homes that not only are under $500,000 dollars but ones that also have mountain views. Most folks moving to the foothills like Evergreen, Conifer or Golden really want to have a view. That is actually one of the top requests on the wish list of most of my out of town buyers. They feel if they are moving to the mountains they might as well feel like they are living in the mountains.

One thing that most people need to consider when looking at homes with mountain views is that it isn’t always easy to access these properties. There aren’t many homes that are on flat land and have a mountain view. If you just imagine to have the ability to see something you need to be above the things that are in the way. This usually means switchbacks and hills to drive up. You need to get above trees to see over them. Most homes with nice views have multiple switchbacks or some good hill either in the driveway on the property or the road to access the property. That unfortunately the way of properties in the mountains. Below are a list of properties in the area with mountain views in the Denver Foothills.
