All of the real estate agents here at Orson Hill Realty are associate brokers (except the employing broker) and Realtors. We believe in the ethics that are put in place by NAR (National Association of Realtors) and then some. We not only show respect and ethical behavior to our clients but we also demand respect for our fellow Realtors and real estate agents we work with. Our philosophy is that it does our client a tremendous disservice to be in a battle with fellow real estate brokers. We Believe that as the “rocks” in every transaction we need to be calm and cool because emotions get out of hand very quickly in a real estate transaction and if the real estate agents or brokers don’t respect or like each other it could crater a deal that both buyers and sellers want to see happen. That is why we treat everyone in the transaction with the same respect and dignity within the scope of still fulfilling the highest result and fiduciary responsibility to our clients that we represent. Danny Skelly is the owner and managing broker at Orson Hill Realty. He is an Evergreen, CO Realtor that specializes in mountain properties and real estate. Visiting family in the foothills since he was a young kid he has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that’s transformed this area into one of the most sought-after communities.

Hello! My name is Caroline Galvan, and I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the Foothills!  Although I am very familiar with all areas of the Foothills and ‘Down the Hill’, I am originally a Southerner! I was raised in Tallahassee, FL.  However, every summer I would go to Western North Carolina to stay with my grandparents and cousins. I knew then, even as a kid, that I was a Mountain Girl at heart!

In Tallahassee, I also graduated from Florida State University with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Chemistry. While waiting out for a Master’s Program, I found a job in Property Management and moved up quickly. Shortly after, being promoted to Traveling Property Manager. As such, I was sent all over the country to solve issues of struggling properties.

Because I am a people person, and love to match everyone I can with their perfect home, Property Management came easily to me. However, I wanted to assist people even further- not just to find their Temporary home but their Permanent and/or Forever home! After traveling all over the country, I knew the mountains of Colorado were the place for me to begin my Real Estate career. So, I did just that and have loved my job ever since!

Besides finding you your perfect home, I love to hike, decorate, travel and sing! In fact I have a local band here as well, where I write our Original Music and sing Lead! My husband is my Biggest Fan! We just celebrated out 1st Anniversary in October 2020! No kids yet, but 2 spoiled fur-babies; Our Long-Haired, Sassy, Calico (Jezebel) and our Sweet Rat Terrier (Snoopy).

Sarah is and Associate Broker are Orson Hill Realty. I currently live in Evergreen with my husband of 25 yrs. and our 2 younger teenaged daughters.

I am a Colorado native, growing up in Golden I met the love of my life in Jr. High and married right out of high school. We started our family soon after I graduated from Heritage University where I graduated with a major in Applied Sciences and a minor in Business Administration. We have 4 beautiful daughters, 2 twin grandsons and another grandson due in the spring of 2021.
In 1995 my husband and I took over my his family’s construction company formerly known as Alpine Mudjack and grew it into one of the largest structural repair companies in the region now known as Alpine Companies LLC.
During this time I learned anything and everything I never realized I wanted to know about concrete, construction & foundations. For the next 20+ yrs. I continued to run the company as VP and Senior Project Manager.
In 2004 I got my Real Estate license primarily to work in partnership with a friend who has a Real Estate company and is also a practicing attorney. Our main focus was to develop relationships with investors and pick up “Structurally Damaged” fix and flip properties that no one else would or could touch. It was a perfect fit! My construction co. did all of the repairs and I was able to handle the buying and listing of all properties.
After 6 years my husband and I again decided to grow our family and I put my license on hold.
In 2018 I reactivated my Real Estate license and accepted a position with Troster Real Estate out of Evergreen both as Property Manager and as a Independent Real Estate Broker.
During my time at Troster Real Estate I continuously managed over 20 residential properties and practiced as the primary Real Estate Broker for the company.
Along with regularly closing many residential transactions, I also have become very familiar with land deals including mining claims and reclamation / development.
I truly love all realms of Real Estate and I make sure each transaction is a personalized experience for my clients and their specific needs as this is one of the most exciting, important times in life! I strive to make the best of every situation and create a positive experience for my clients to look back on.
Although I find myself comfortably familiar with our surrounding mountain towns, I am also very familiar with the entire Denver Metro area and it’s diverse communities & developments allowing me to help identify the perfect location for each buyers needs.
As I mentioned earlier I live in the most BEAUTIFUL place on earth and am admittedly somewhat of a mountain hobbit, but it is truly where my heart is happy.
You can always find me with my family but in my spare time I enjoy volunteering at my girls schools and in the community. I also love to hike, design and interior decorate, repurpose old furniture, go antiquing and of course shop!
