Discover the joy of winter and the freedom of snowshoeing! We’ll bring the snowshoes, snowshoe poles, and professional guides; you bring a desire to get outside and enjoy the snow. Come join us for a snowshoe adventure in this all women course and finish the day with warm drinks around a fire! Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent / responsible adult.

Bring to class:

(Required)

• 2 Liters of Water – At least two one-liter water bottles, such as a Nalgene bottle, or a large hydration bladder.
• Base Layers – Wool or synthetic.
• Daypack – Large enough to carry water, food and layers.
• Insulated/Waterproof Boots – Suitable for snowshoeing.
• Lunch & Snacks
• Synthetic/Wool Layers – Clothing that retains warm when wet.
• Warm Gloves
• Warm Hat
• Warm Jacket – Down or Synthetic.
• Warm Socks – Wool or Synthetic.
• Weather Appropriate Clothing – Moisture wicking synthetic or wool layers to help keep you comfortable and/or dry.

From I70 take exit #252 (CO-74/Evergreen Parkway), follow CO-74 south for 2.8 miles, turn west onto CO-Rd 66/Squaw Pass Rd, continue for 18.2 miles to Echo Lake. Our instructors will be located at the Echo Lake Warming Hut on Echo Lake (not at the Echo Lake Lodge).
