When you are purchasing a horse property you need to consider a few things. One of the first things to consider is if the CCRs and HOA allows for horses. If they allow for horses the next challenge here in the west it the water. Make sure the well allows for water. Also keep in mind just because there are horses on the property now or just because the neighbor has horses it doesn’t mean your parcel allows for horses.
