We are seeing more homes for sale in Denver CO this spring. It has been a slow start for the inventory in Denver and the Front range this Spring. It doesn't matter what Denver Neighborhood your are looking in, we are still seeing less homes for sale. Unfortunately this isn't restricted just to Denver. We are feeling an inventory crunch across the entire state of Colorado. Although home prices have decreased last quarter (last quarter of 2018) in Denver, we are still seeing it as a sellers market. If you look at all the homes in Denver that are actively listed the prices are staying very steady. Some areas and neighborhoods are still seeing values increase.
